We came together in the Czech Republic to open up real conversations around discrimination, radicalization, cultural differences, and media bias. The whole training was based on non-formal education – through workshops, hands-on activities, shared experiences, and creative expression.
Participants took an active role in every part of the process – from preparing materials and leading sessions to presenting their own country’s perspectives. We explored how to communicate human rights in a way that’s clear, empathetic, and accessible – especially to young people.
Study visits, inspiring guest speakers, and a focus on creating practical outcomes helped turn theory into real-life tools. This stage wasn’t just about gaining knowledge – it was about facing difficult topics, challenging our own assumptions, and learning how to lead meaningful, respectful dialogue.
