Set in the winter landscape of the Czech Republic, this phase created a safe space for reflection, growth, and honest conversations. We used non-formal education methods to explore personal challenges and strengths, and learned how to design inclusive activities that welcome everyone – regardless of ability.
The aim was to help participants recognize their leadership potential, build confidence, and learn how to create truly inclusive group dynamics. Activities focused on working in mixed ability teams and developing ways to break down both inner and outer barriers.
