This stage brought us together once more – this time with more clarity, confidence, and commitment. The aim was to dig deeper into what non-formal education really means, how it differs from formal systems, and how both approaches can complement each other.
We exchanged methods, explored real-life examples, and discussed the values behind meaningful youth work. It was a space for reflection, learning, and empowerment – not just professionally, but personally too.
We talked about how to motivate young people, how to work across cultures, and how to be better facilitators of growth and learning. And we left with new tools, clear direction, and a sense of purpose in what we do.
